For Lawyers
Dear Fellow Lawyer:
As you know, there are many highly skilled lawyers in South Florida.
Most of my cases come by word of mouth. The majority of them from other
lawyers. During my 25 years of practice, I have been the plaintiff's
"trial man" for other well-known personal injury law firms.
Often the choice of which lawyer to refer a matter depends upon your
comfort level with not just the skill but the communication and interpersonal
relationship with your fellow lawyer.
South Florida Personal Injury Lawyer
I have maintained many repeat lawyer referral sources for over 25 years
duration. I guess something keeps them coming back. Think its just the
money? I like to think its the peace of mind. I've had my share of big
(e.g. Valujet) and small (read that as "soft tissue") cases,
and lots of jury verdicts. My "win" ratio is up there. But
I'm not alone on that score.
I am of Counsel to the prestigious AV rated Conrad & Scherer. (I
invite you to examine their soon to be up and running web page). I do
things right. I use the best experts, exhibits, and spare no reasonable
expense. I am not hesitant to take on unique and novel issues, or risky
cases with large potential outcomes. I take immediate steps to preserve
evidence, and often prepare pleadings, witness lists and answers to
interrogatories ahead of time. If you are a young lawyer, I invite you
to call me about any pending matter of your concern within my areas
of expertise, even if you do not want to refer a matter but simply want
some potentially useful guidance. I remember what its like.
Sincerely,
Mark J. Leeds, P.A.
